As an interdisciplinary artist, educator and land-carer, my socially engaged and practice-led research is anchored in the belief that nervous system regulation is vital in navigating our increasingly complex world. Engaging with the land through embodied creative practice is one way to increase understanding and awareness of the self and others. By cultivating awareness, it is possible to discover new perspectives and make more conscious and deliberate choices about how to interact with and care for others, both human and other-than-human. These intercultural skills are important in shaping sustainable and harmonious futures.

I facilitate seasonal experiences and residency placements on two acres of rural land in Ontario, Canada. I welcome dialogue and creative collaboration with those who are interested in working through social practice and creative process, on and with the land. I also collaborate in-person and online with educators and educational institutions to develop intercultural competence. If this is you and you would like to connect, please reach out.

I hold a BA in Psychology (University of Queensland, Australia), a BFA in Sculpture and Installation (OCADU, Canada) and a MA Intercultural Practices (Central Saint Martins, The University of the Arts London, UK).
